1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CabClans app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

To use CabClans, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Have appropriate taxi/rideshare accreditation
• Maintain valid insurance coverage
• Pass our background check verification

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up-to-date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Job Sharing Rules

When sharing jobs through CabClans:

• You may only share jobs you have legitimately received
• Shared jobs must be accepted and completed in good faith
• Job details must not be shared outside the CabClans network
• You may not charge additional fees beyond the agreed fare
• Fraudulent job sharing will result in account termination

5. Reputation System

The reputation system is based on:

• Completed jobs through the network
• Customer ratings and feedback
• Reliability in accepting and completing shared jobs
• Adherence to community guidelines

Manipulation of the reputation system will result in penalties including possible account termination.

6. Clan Membership

Clans are groups of drivers who work together. By joining a clan:

• You agree to follow the clan's internal rules
• You may only be a member of one clan at a time
• Clan leaders may remove members for violations
• Disputes within clans should be resolved internally first

7. Payments and Fees

CabClans charges a small service fee on jobs completed through the network. Details include:

• Service fees are deducted from payouts
• Payouts are processed according to your chosen schedule
• You are responsible for your own tax obligations
• Fee structure may change with notice

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Sharing false or misleading information
• Attempting to circumvent the app for direct payments
• Operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Any illegal activity

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your reputation data may be retained for fraud prevention purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

CabClans is a platform connecting drivers. We are not responsible for the actions of individual drivers, disputes between drivers, or any incidents that occur during job completion. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email.
